Commercial & Municipal Pavers
Commercial paving specifies concrete units for parking, drive aisles, fire lanes, crosswalks and streetscape. The advantages are lifecycle cost and access: pavers are removed and reset over utility work with no patch scar, and interlocking units resist rutting where trucks brake and turn.

What to specify for commercial & municipal pavers
Match the unit and base to the traffic class — heavy-vehicular units and a designed base for truck routes and fire lanes. Coordinate ADA detectable warnings at crossings, specify the joint sand and edge restraint system, and include a submittal package with ASTM C936 compliance and physical samples.
